Pursuant to Kazakhstan Law “On Companies with limited and additional liability”, a Limited Liability Company may have one of the following organizational structures:

  1. A Supervisory Board (in Russian: Наблюдательный советand an Executive Board (in Russian: “Исполнительный орган).
  2. An Executive Board only.
