Pursuant to the Tajikistan Law “On Limited Liability Companies”, a Limited Liability Company may have one of the following organizational structures:

  1. A Supervisory Board (in Russian: Наблюдательный советand an Executive Board (in Russian: “Исполнительный орган”).
  2. An Executive Board only.
