Pursuant to the Croatian Company Law, a Limited Liability Company may have one of the following organizational structures:
- An Executive Board (in Croatian: “uprava”) only.
- An Executive Board and a Supervisory Board (in Croatian: “uprava i nadzorni odbor”).
