Choose the type of company you are changing board member in

Pursuant to the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act (in Finnish: “Osakeyhtiölaki”), a Public Limited Liability Company (in Finnish: “Julkinen osakeyhtiö” or “Oyj”) must have one of the following organizational structures:

  1. A Board of Directors (in Finnish: “Hallitus”) only.
  2. A Board of Directors and a Managing Director (in Finnish: “Toimitusjohtaja”).
  3. A Board of Directors and a Supervisory Board (in Finnish: “Hallintoneuvosto”).
  4. A Board of Directors, a Managing Director and a Supervisory Board.
