Pursuant to the Law of Georgia on Entrepreneurs (in Georgian: „საქართველოს კანონი მეწარმეთა შესახებ“) a Limited Liability Company (in Georgian: ”შეზღუდული პასუხისმგებლობის საზოგადოება“) may have one of the following organizational structures:
- One or more Managing Directors (in Georgian: “დირექტორი”)/Board of Directors (in Georgian: “დირექტორთა საბჭო“) and a Supervisory Board (in Georgian: “სამეთვალყურეო საბჭო“).
- One or more Managing Directors/ Board of Directors only.
