  1. One or more Managing Directors (in Georgian: “დირექტორი”)/Board of Directors (in Georgian: დირექტორთა საბჭოand a Supervisory Board (in Georgian: სამეთვალყურეო საბჭო).
  2. One or more Managing Directors/ Board of Directors only.
