Pursuant to the Polish Commercial Companies Code, a Limited Liability Company (in Polish: “Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością”) may have one of the following organizational structures:
- An Executive Board (in Polish: “Zarząd”) consisting of one or more members only.
- An Executive Board and a Supervisory Board (in Polish: “Rada Nadzorcza”).
