Choose the type of company you are changing board member in

Pursuant to the Spanish Corporations Act, a Limited Liability Company (in Spanish: “Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada”) must have one of the following organisational structures:

  1. A Sole Director (in Spanish: “Administrador Único”) only.
  2. 2 or more Joint and Several Directors (in Spanish: “Administradores Solidarios”) only.
  3. 2 or more Joint Directors (in Spanish: “Administradores Mancomunados”) only.
  4. A Board of Directors (in Spanish: “Consejo de Administración”) only.
