Pursuant to the Companies Law (2016 Revision) of the Cayman Islands, an Exempted Company must have the following organizational structure:
- A Board of Directors only.

Pursuant to the Limited Liability Companies Law, 2016 of the Cayman Islands, a Limited Liability Company may have one of the following organizational structures:
- One or more Managers only.
- A majority of Members only.
